Senior Support Integration Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Integration Specialist at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA! In this role, the primary work scope will resolve around logistics management and support.

The Senior Support Integration Specialist will serve as a key technical resource responsible for integrating, supporting, and optimizing systems, applications, and workflows across multiple business and technology teams. You will help ensure seamless interoperability, reliable issue resolution, and consistent service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Department of Defense (DOD) logistics, technical support, systems integration, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration, along with the ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in improving operational performance, supporting enterprise solutions, and driving successful technology integration efforts. Position Responsibilities: Oversees the development of advanced support requirements, cost estimates, technical objectives, work breakdown structures, reports, master schedules, program implementation plans, configuration management, and integration plans Planning and technical Integration of the Integrated Product Support elements to support integration operations SharePoint & Proposal Tracker Management, Reporting automation, Internal Integration across ISPM projects to consolidate data/provide leadership with total project overview Develop business processes, standard operating procedures and overseeing business operations Support Proposal Project Management Office: Developing and enforcing standardized methodologies, templates, and best practices to improve project performance across the organization Reporting and Monitoring: Tracking project progress, milestones, budgets, and KPIs, providing senior leadership with consistent, up-to-date reports Overseeing requirements and ensuring delivery of product through the various stages of the product lifecycle Apply knowledge of customer processes to shape Boeing technical, material, and support products/services Creates and leads presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs Coordinate/Review/Analyze various data sets to develop charts in support of various leadership meetings Support organizational growth strategic planning Leads the preparation and review of cost estimates for multiple projects and research and development efforts Identifies process improvement opportunities and consults on the development of new processes to ensure technical data, procedures, and documentation remain accurate and current Leads the creation of presentations and status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs to ensure alignment with program objectives Reviews program and engineering change proposals and provides input on the impact to product support requirements, planning, and execution Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years’ experience working in a multi-functional team environment 10+ years’ experience developing, contributing and/or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures 10+ years of experience with data integration development and maintenance 10+ years of experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product life cycle Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work or military experience Experience developing level of repair analysis Experience working with complex military systems Experience building relationships and partnering with customers and all levels of employees Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
