ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Accurately picking/packing and shipping customer orders, safety, and 6S Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Spares Shipping Department. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping spare parts for aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE) as part of our post-sales service operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely and precise order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and system accuracy. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack spare parts according to customer orders and service requirements.

Inventory Management: Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition before packaging; assist with stock counts as needed. Understand and follow KanBan process. ERP System Coordination: Generate shipping labels and shipping documentation within the ERP system.

Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments, schedule carriers, and ensure compliance with shipping guidelines and customer requirements. Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for damage or defects prior to packing; maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate digital records in ERP. Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to aviation industry standards for handling parts. 6S: Follow all standards in maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping environment preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems for labeling and shipping documents & coordination (training provided if needed).

Ability to read and interpret part numbers and order documentation accurately. Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Forklift – Skilled forklift operator with valid forklift operator’s license preferred. (training provided if needed) Team player, willing and proactive attitude to help wherever needed, Utilization of ITW Toolbox to assure continuous improvement and business objectives are realized.
