- What You Will Work On
- Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, including the execution of employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments
- the successful implementation of local benefit enrollments to ensure 100% Day 1 compliance.
- Identify customer needs during the implementation phase to recommend essential supplemental services, including but not limited to, IT provisioning, background checks, supplemental benefits, and more.
- Lead high-impact initiatives to improve the customer and employee journey and drive efficiency across the onboarding experience for our workers and admins.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to resolve gaps and deliver a cohesive customer and employee experience.
- Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to automate and optimize workflows.
- Act as a global EOR expert, guiding admins through country-specific nuances and supporting their expansions into new markets.
- Manage timelines and SLAs proactively, navigating roadblocks with creative problem-solving to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in strategic projects across functions, collaborating closely with teammates and modeling a growth mindset.
- Advocate for the customer and employee, blending product knowledge with resourcefulness to influence the product roadmap.
- Support the business with new market expansion by contributing to developing and documenting operational playbooks and best practices for the new country onboarding experience.

- Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in onboarding or implementation, with at least 1–2 years specifically in the EOR industry or international hiring being a plus.
- Technically proficient problem-solver dedicated to improving product functionality and resolving complex issues.
- Strong consultative communication skills with a focus on providing clear, actionable guidance to customers.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative team leader committed to mentoring peers and fostering a supportive internal culture.
- Resourceful and proactive, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Notion is a plus.
- Multilingual fluency is a plus.
- The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $41.35 - $45.49 an hour.
