What does a successful Call Centre Representative - English and Arabic do at FISERV : Manage UAE based client’s merchants incoming calls & client communication through email Need to be flexible for 24/7 support to merchants and also support on festive days for skeleton staffing What will you do: Would be taking incoming calls & reverting on email received from clients from job location.

Supporting for back-office activity whenever required. What experience and skills you need to have: Previous experience in a Card Payment industry customer support role will be an advantage Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic language preferably for any UAE client Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Graduate in any stream What would be great to have: Basic excel knowledge & Computer/Laptop proficiency We welcome and encourage diversity in our workforce.
