The Onsite Structured Counsellor is an integral, client-facing role responsible for managing the daily operations of a dedicated onsite mental health clinic. This position provides critical in-person clinical intakes, crisis intervention, and direct mental health support to employees.

Beyond individual care, this role serves as a mental wellness champion by driving Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, facilitating psychoeducational workshops, and actively fostering a culture of well-being directly within the client's workplace.

This position is a 12-month fixed term contract.
