- About the Role We're seeking a Director-level Integration Deal Lead to own the commercial and operational coordination of ServiceNow's most strategic acquisitions and transformative initiatives. This role sits within the APEX Integration Management Office (IMO) and is accountable for aligning stakeholders, managing integration economics, driving close readiness
- ensuring seamless post-close execution across multiple concurrent integrations, primarily within Product and Engineering
- also ensuring cross-functional alignment and overall business success. Primary Responsibilities Own deal coordination and executive alignment across integration leadership, finance, product
- business unit teams, translating strategy into executable workstreams. Manage integration financial planning and P&L targets, including reconciling headcount plans, tracking FY26/FY27 financial commitments
- escalating variances to leadership. Drive close readiness across eight or more workstreams, coordinating Employee Day 1 operations, IT integration, systems readiness, communications
- team logistics. Partner with internal teams and acquisition stakeholders to identify, assess
- resolve integration risks and blockers in real time. Build and maintain integration issue registers and status reporting, including executive briefings, biweekly updates
- escalation management. Partner closely with Digital Technology (DT) teams on onboarding logistics for large new-hire cohorts, including buddy programs, access provisioning, shared services coordination
- integration planning. Establish operating cadences and governance frameworks, including weekly operational reviews, Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings
- escalation protocols with clearly defined decision rights and purposeful participation.
- What you need to succeed in this role 10+ years of experience leading large-scale mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integrations
- transformative programs with P&L accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders across executive leadership, business units, finance
- operations without direct reporting authority. Proven track record of translating strategy into execution, managing dependencies
- delivering results in complex environments. Experience with financial planning, workforce planning
- P&L reconciliation. Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, make informed decisions with incomplete information
- adapt as priorities evolve. Clear, direct communication style with a preference for authentic, straightforward engagement over excessive corporate terminology. Preferred Qualifications Experience with software or SaaS acquisitions. Background in program management, IT operations, enterprise integration
- related disciplines. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $180,200 - $315,400 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline
