Lead and perform development efforts such as analysis, design, coding/creating, and testing. Oversee and participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of Truist's most complex solutions. Development includes but is not limited to customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, or the use of tools pertinent to the area, project, or system to configure or generate a solution.
Ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Provides technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual situations. Write and run unit tests. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices. Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise. Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and consulting with, the business from the beginning of the design work.
Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate in refining user stories. Responsible for development and developing unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing.
Responsible for providing warranty support and providing knowledge transfer to production support. Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner. Requirements Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering Must have 6 years of progressive experience in software engineering or IT consulting positions performing the following: Writing Apex code to create custom logic, triggers, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
Building user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and/or Aura Components to create modern, responsive Salesforce applications. Understanding and applying object-oriented principles. Solid understanding on developing integrations using unstructured and structured data.
Leading/participating in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing. Building non-functional monitoring capabilities and providing escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
Building-in and maintaining security controls and monitoring in support of company standards. Solving complex technical and operational problems. Acting as a resource for teammates with less experience Delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks in an Agile environment.

Developing code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner. Utilizing experience with: Agile and/or Rally; SaaS applications; Git; Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Async Apex Integration; Security, Reports & Dashboards, Digital; Process Automation: Flows, Workflow, Process Builder; Aura & Lightning Web Components (LWC); VS Code, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector; Jenkins, Copado, AutoRabbit, Salesforce Changeset; and Salesforce Dataloader, Data Import Wizard.
Must have at least 4 years of experience with: Customizing objects from managed packages, building triggers on managed package objects. Providing automated monitoring capabilities, providing warranty support. Checkmarx, VeraCode, SonarQube nCino platform development with nCino UI, DocMan, FormGen, Collateral Management Retail & Commercial Loan Origination, Treasury Management, Customer Portal, and Online Applications Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA.
Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours’ notice. .
