Manager for Core Banking Modernization -Cross Product Team

In This Role, You Will

• Manage and develop a team of product management contributors focussed on driving Core Banking modernization effort.
• Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a less complex product or service Strategize growth opportunities Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation Recommend product enhancements, support sales and marketing Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies
• performance measurements Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts
• multiple level managers Interact directly with vendors Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Experience in product management / Testing or large‑scale banking transformation.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise testing, business readiness, and regulated delivery environments.
• Strong experience operating in co‑supplier / vendor ecosystems with shared accountability for outcomes.
• Good communication skills with the ability to drive decisions across Product, Tech, Ops, Risk
• Change Job Expectations: Own end‑to‑end cross‑product delivery outcomes for Core Banking Modernization, including sequencing, dependencies
• integrated milestones.
• Lead co‑supplier engagement and joint delivery execution, escalating and resolving cross‑product risks.
• Be accountable for enterprise testing and quality, including E2E, and readiness gates across products.
