This role owns the systems, data, and processes that connect every campaign, channel, and team, from the website and developer signups through to pipeline and revenue. The job is to make marketing measurable: to know what is working, what is not, and where every rupee and hour is going.
This person sits at the centre of a fast-moving marketing team spanning growth, demand generation, product marketing, and developer relations. They build the martech stack, keep the data clean, run attribution, and turn a lean team into a leveraged one by automating the manual and instrumenting the unmeasured.
What You’ll Do Martech stack ownership. Own selection, integration, and administration of the marketing stack - CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and enrichment tools. Keep systems connected and data flowing cleanly between them.
Funnel instrumentation. Instrument the full funnel from first visit and developer signup through to MQL, SQL, and closed revenue. Define the stages, the data model, and the definitions everyone agrees on. Attribution & reporting. Build and maintain attribution models and reporting that show what drives pipeline and usage.
Deliver dashboards leadership actually uses to make decisions. Lead management & routing. Own lead scoring, routing, and the MQL-to-SQL handoff with Sales, with clear SLAs on quality and follow-up. Keep the bridge between Marketing and Sales clean and accountable.
Campaign operations. Set up, QA, and support campaign execution across email, paid, events, and lifecycle. Build the templates, workflows, and processes so campaigns ship faster with fewer errors. Data hygiene & governance. Keep the database accurate, deduplicated, and compliant.
Own segmentation, list management, and data governance including consent and privacy requirements. Process & enablement. Document workflows, build playbooks, and train the team on the systems. Remove the manual, repetitive work that slows the team down.
AI-native workflows. Use AI to compress every operational cycle — reporting, QA, enrichment, segmentation, and content ops. Treat the ops function itself as a place to apply Sarvam's own tools. Budget & vendor management. Track marketing spend against pipeline, manage tool contracts and renewals, and surface where budget is and is not paying off.
What We're Looking For 4-6 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role at a B2B technology or SaaS company Hands-on expertise with at least one major marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and a CRM (Salesforce or similar), including building workflows, scoring, and integrations yourself Strong analytical capability - you build your own dashboards, define attribution, and pull and model your own data Track record of designing and improving lead management, funnel instrumentation, and Marketing-to-Sales handoff processe Why Sarvam?
