Role Summary: We're looking to build a pipeline for a proactive Talent Sourcer to help build the talent pipelines that power our growth. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, map talent markets, and identify exceptional candidates across a variety of functions.
