Responsibilities The ACSM Solution Architect Manager leads a team of experts in understanding customer business challenges and defining and delivering business solutions.

You’ll manage your team to define and document the value proposition of the ACSM solution and the project approach during pre-sales, delivery and follow-through (including Job 1 and Job 2). You will own approval of ACSM commercials for all solutioning from your team and will work with your managers to produce one ACSM pipeline.

You will work across the organization to determine the Microsoft or partner capability requirements and then shepherd your resources through the pre-sales process – as well as address capability gaps. Upon delivery, you will support the resourcing, sales to delivery handoff and governance of the ACSM outcomes – including consumption.

At times, you may be on point to provide customer-billable oversight on strategic customers and to ensure you are close to the team’s delivery. You will drive internal advocacy by facilitating insight sharing with EMEA Area delivery teams and AIBS regionally, as well as Custom Solutioning, Client Delivery Partners, EAG, PDOC, GCID and other partners.

You will be accountable for guiding your team with escalations, acceleration, and prioritization. You will foster community sharing of stories and leveraging of pre-existing resources by encouraging and empowering team to share learnings and by establishing a cadence to calibrate on challenges and trends that impact the team across the subsidiary level as well as participate in external community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and share learnings with internal team.

You will also be accountable for ACSM EMEA people and practice development, through new and/or improvements to pre-sales and delivery process and tools, as well as preparing our people for AI First Consulting.

It is expected that you will be a leader in leveraging AI for acceleration and/or innovating on outcomes. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with solid experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or related domains OR Master’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience in these areas OR equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications Early-stage experience in technical sales or supporting customer-facing engagements Working knowledge of project management practices and delivery Established experience managing multiple projects or portfolios at the same time Initial leadership experience guiding cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams Solution Architecture M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 96,400.00 - £ 195,100.00 per year.
