- Job Description Position: Associate - Contract Management Employment Type : On Contract (FTC) Work Environment : Onsite We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team in an Associate role specializing in Contract Management.
- This is a full-time, contract-based position with 100% resource allocation, aimed at ensuring seamless operations in a critical capacity.
- Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to teams on contract-related matters.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to contracts and agreements.
- Experience & Qualifications Experience : 5–10 years of professional experience in contract management or a related field.
- Educational Qualification : Master of Business Administration (MBA)
