Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

What You Will Do

• Key responsibilities will include: Lead FP&A support for a broad portfolio of Corporate functions, partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop and analyze quarterly, annual
• long-range operating plans Develop analysis, identify key business drivers
• communicate actionable insights that support informed decision-making across Corporate FP&A Support finance transformation efforts, including EPM module development for G&A and Labor and coordination with related Corporate planning modules Help evaluate, develop
• adopt Agentic AI tools that improve forecasting, reporting, analysis
• workflow efficiency Prepare clear, executive-ready materials for Corporate management, segment leadership
• other senior stakeholders Manage ad hoc financial analysis and special projects at the request of Corporate FP&A leadership and key business partners Demonstrate strong leadership, judgment
• adaptability in a dynamic environment Required Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, strategic planning, investment banking, and/or corporate finance preferred Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with solid business and financial acumen Strong relationship-building skills and a professional client-service orientation Effective leader and manager with the ability to lead by example, mentor others

• The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
• A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
