The Senior Director, Integrated Platforms & Information Management, MedTech is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for defining and advancing IQVIA’s global MedTech Information Management strategy . The role brings together data stewardship, master data management (MDM), reporting and analytics, and core solutions including ValueTrak/Channel & Specialty Data Services and GPC/Market Access Technology & Solutions, into a unified, scalable portfolio aligned to client needs and growth priorities.
Operating at the intersection of data, technology, and commercialization, this role owns the end‑to‑end strategy, integration, and evolution of Information Management offerings, ensuring they are market-relevant, commercially differentiated, and positioned for global scale.
The position partners closely with Product, Data, Technology, Sales, and Delivery teams to align investment priorities, drive solution integration, and enable effective go-to-market execution. With accountability for shaping a high-growth portfolio and influencing a multi-million-dollar revenue base, this role plays a critical part in accelerating MedTech Information Solutions Tech & Analytics (ISTA) growth, improving portfolio coherence, and delivering measurable business impact.
The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex client data challenges into scalable, commercial solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global MedTech Information Management strategy, integrating data stewardship, MDM, analytics, and core solutions (ValueTrak/CSDS, GPC/MAT&S).
- Own portfolio roadmap, investment priorities, and growth strategy aligned to ISTA objectives, driving portfolio performance, revenue growth, and client outcomes.
- Identify and drive high-value growth opportunities based on client needs and market demand.
- Define value propositions, pricing, and packaging to enable revenue growth Lead integration and evolution of offerings to ensure scalability and commercial impact.
- Partner cross-functionally (Product, Tech, Data, Sales, Delivery) to execute against strategy.
- Support strategic client engagements, complex deals, and RFPs.
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and accountability across the portfolio.
- Monitor performance, market trends, and client outcomes to refine strategy.
- Lead strategic planning aligned to ISTA priorities, communicate strategy and key initiatives to stakeholders.
- Maintain senior client relationships, supporting business development Required Minimum Education & Experience: To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
- US Remote with travel expected approximately 10%-20%, nationwide.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the MedTech industry required 10-12+ years in Information Management, data, technology, analytics, or solution strategy with proven experience building and scaling data or SaaS-enabled solutions.
- Experience leading complex, global, cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in Information Management, including MDM, governance, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems and enterprise data integration.
- Proven strategy, portfolio leadership, and commercial execution experience.
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing, GTM, and deal support.
- Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.

- The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $134,600.00 - $374,900.00.
- The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
