As a Senior Associate on the Financial Servicing HR Emerging Talent team, you will focus on the execution and implementation of the talent strategy for our early-career professional programs.
You will serve as a key partner to the business, managing operational work streams that ensure the successful integration of top talent into high-value roles. If you have a passion for operational excellence and supporting the execution of key HR initiatives, your next chapter starts here.
To help us continue unleashing greatness, you will step into a dynamic role where your ideas shape the associate journey. Here is what you will be doing: Execute end-to-end, well-managed event logistics for emerging talent programs (including Welcome events, Hackathons, and Graduations) to deliver differentiated associate experiences.
Manage complex scheduling, budget reconciliation, RSVPs, catering (F&B), A/V setup, and promotional item sourcing with sharp attention to detail. Develop and maintain operational metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to accurately track program health, event attendance, and AAS (Associate Annual Survey) feedback.
Proactively communicate challenges, identify risks, and coordinate across partner teams to ensure seamless delivery of programmatic milestones. Maintain process documentation, local resources, and artifacts to ensure a well-managed operational environment and continuous process improvement
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED
- equivalent certification At least 2 years of client facing experience OR at least 2 years of consulting experience OR a combination At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification 4+ years of client facing experience or 4+ years of consulting experience or a combination 3+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

- Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
- Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Plano, TX: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr.
- Associate, HR Business Partner Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location
- the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
- Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
