  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, personable, and detail-oriented manager to lead AR programs for the AWS Partner business. The AR Manager will create and drive strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs, including the AWS Partner Network. Because of this, there are thousands of analysts worldwide who are trying to understand AWS in order to help their clients realize the transformation potential of cloud and AI for their business. Our role is to inform these analysts and explain how AWS is different, and to work with these analysts to help them understand core customer and partner requirements and concerns. The successful candidate will be creative and experienced in analyst relations, marketing, or communications on behalf of technology companies. The right candidate possesses a track-record of demonstrating successful communication and executive program management – this includes the ability to quickly understand technically deep topics and go-to-market strategies in order to deliver on numerous collaborative projects, and manage day-to-day operations related to program activities in a global organization. In this role, the candidate will innovate within their AWS AR program while measuring and communicating results. They must be comfortable working with senior executives with balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution. They also must be comfortable working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for AWS customers and partners. This position will be located in an Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office based in the following locations: Seattle, WA (HQ)
  • San Francisco, CA, New York City TX. Relocation offered from within the U.S. only to these locations.
  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
