About The Role

As a member of our team, you will be Diageo’s ambassador for full beer portfolio in the on-premise trade. We are strongly focused on quality and customer service. Your positive attitude towards building solid foundations with our licensee base will compliment your customer service abilities and skills.

We always encourage a strong work/life balance, and this role offers some flexibility to maintain this. Experience / skills required: Managing Inquiries: Responding to customer questions, complaints, and support requests across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).

Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting issues, providing timely, effective solutions, and advancing complex cases to management. Product/Service Knowledge: Developing deep knowledge of the company's offerings to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively.

Account Management: Processing orders, issuing refunds, and updating customer information Feedback Integration: Collecting customer feedback and communicating insights to other departments to improve products and services. Co-ordination with line managers and other team members to deliver on overall success Understand and adhere to all company policies (Code of Business Conduct) Promote Responsible Drinking in and out of the workplace Required Experience / Skills / Capabilities Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear, professional information.

Empathy & Patience: The ability to understand customer emotions and remain calm in difficult situations. Problem-Solving: Using critical thinking to identify needs and offer solutions. Technical Literacy: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office programs, customer agent support tools.

Adaptability: Ability to learn new product information quickly and adapt to changing procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude Ability to collaborate with other team members Proficient and flexible in time management Ability to adapt to changes in business Ability to work outside of regular business hours as required Ability to make discretionary decisions appropriately Relationships Ontario Beer Operations team (Management, Customer Service, Service Technicians, Delivery and Warehouse personnel) Ontario Sales / Marketing team Ontario customer base (approximately 1800+ licensees) Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
