Conducts root cause analysis on identified defects to discern underlying issues effectively, collaborating closely with development teams to implement corrective actions promptly and prevent recurrence, thereby enhancing overall software quality and stability. Evaluates and refines testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy
- effectiveness, driving continuous improvement within the testing team. Own end-to-end software quality activities across the product lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test design, execution
- maintenance. Review requirements for clarity and testability
- proactively resolve gaps with product and engineering stakeholders. Define and execute a risk-based test strategy covering functional, integration
- non-functional testing (e.g., performance, reliability, security, usability as applicable). Design, implement
- maintain scalable automated test suites and reusable test frameworks to improve coverage, speed
- reliability. Establish and manage production-like test environments and test data to ensure accurate, repeatable
- compliant validation. Contribute to release readiness decisions by providing objective quality assessments and Go/No-Go recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Total 10+ years of software testing experience in various stages of product lifecycle. Design, Development, Test & maintenance stages. At least 5 years of job-related, hands-on experience, testing and documenting the application’s use cases with tools like Microsoft Azure At least 5 years of hands-on experience, building automation test suites and demonstrated experience in building reusable test frameworks. Experience on pytest (Python) with BDD-style testing. Experience with version control systems such as Bitbucket and GitHub. Experience in working with Teams across multiple geographical location(s) Strong analytical, problem-solving skill with the ability to derive test / automation requirements Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
