Job Description
- Own end-to-end requirement lifecycle in DOORSGovern baselines, changes, traceability
- auditsAct as the central authority across system, design, validation, quality
- suppliersKey Responsibilities . Requirement GovernanceLead requirement elicitation from OEM, system, safety, cybersecurity, manufacturingDecompose requirements:Customer ? System ? Sub-system ? HW/SWMaintain clear requirement taxonomy (functional, performance, interface, safety) Baseline & Change ControlCreate and manage formal Customer/System baselinesLead or support Change Control Board (CCB)Perform impact analysis (scope, cost, timing, safety, testing)Ensure full versioning and audit trail in DOORS Traceability & Quality Verification & Validation Alignment Stakeholder & Supplier AlignmentEnsure bidirectional traceability:Customer ? Design ? Implementation ? Test ? VerificationDrive requirement reviews, defect closure
- quality checksMonitor requirement stability and volatility metricsEnsure every requirement is verifiable and linked to test methodsAlign with DVP&R, test cases
