Specialist Expediting

Title: Specialist Expediting Role Overview KBR is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Expeditor to support EPC/PMC/FEED/DE/PRE-FEED project execution. In this role, you will perform expediting functions requiring a solid understanding of standard industry concepts, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials, and supplier documentation.

You will work under general supervision while applying structured processes to maintain project schedules and quality standards. **Apply before 12th July** Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and track major equipment, minor equipment, and bulk materials in line with purchase order terms and project schedules Expedite supplier documentation and data submissions , collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely review and approvals Plan, schedule, and conduct coordination meetings with project teams and suppliers Maintain comprehensive files and records for each purchase order Update and manage expediting status reports using: Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) Documentum for tracking drawings and technical documentation Support construction teams by resolving Overages, Shortages, Damages, and Quarantine (OSDQ) issues Assist Accounts Payable by confirming milestone completion for supplier payments Promote and uphold KBR’s Zero Harm culture across vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience in expediting within EPC/PMC/FEED/DE/PRE-FEED project , including: Equipment expediting for various equipment categories Supplier coordination and schedule management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and coordination skills , with the ability to lead meetings and conference calls with suppliers and project teams Bachelor’s degree in engineering Additional Information Willingness to travel domestically and internationally , as required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment Belong.
