Job Title Sr Manager, Technical Implementation Services Job Description Senior Manager, Technical Implementation Services (North America) Lead a team of highly skilled Technical Consultants responsible for delivering complex Enterprise Imaging and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) implementations across North America, driving successful customer outcomes through technical leadership, cloud expertise, and operational excellence.
Your role: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Consultants, building technical capability, coaching future leaders, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership for complex Enterprise Imaging and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) implementations, including cloud and on-premises deployments, while supporting executive customer escalations and critical production issues.
Partner closely with Project Management, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure predictable, high-quality implementation delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Drive implementation governance, resource planning, key performance indicators (KPIs), and process improvements that increase delivery efficiency and first-time implementation success across North America. Build trusted relationships with hospital Information Technology (IT) and clinical executives while traveling to customer sites, as needed, to support strategic implementations and key customer initiatives.
You're the right fit if: You've acquired 10+ years of experience implementing enterprise healthcare Information Technology (IT) or medical imaging solutions, along with 5+ years leading technical implementation or professional services teams, including mentoring and developing technical talent.
Your skills include deep expertise in Enterprise Imaging, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM), Health Level Seven (HL7), Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Electronic Medical Record/Electronic Health Record (EMR/EHR) integrations, cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, storage, and enterprise healthcare architecture.
Bonus: ITIL Foundation, Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile, or other cloud certifications, as well as experience migrating on-premises PACS environments to the cloud. You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
You're an inspiring people leader with exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills who thrives in fast-paced customer environments, can manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously, and is willing to travel to customer sites as needed to support critical implementations and executive escalations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $117,000 to $186,000.
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $123,000 to $195,000 The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $131,000 to $208,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
