  • The opportunity
  • Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire a Transfers of Assets Analyst to join our growing Operations Team. As a Transfer of Assets Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping client assets move onto the Altruist platform accurately and efficiently. You’ll review incoming and outgoing requests, submit transfers, resolve exceptions
  • partner with internal teams and external firms to keep transfers moving and improve the client experience.

  • Please note: This is a hybrid role based out of our Dallas, TX office. You’ll be expected to work on-site Tuesday-Thursday.
  • Your impact
  • Review documentation to confirm if it's in good order
  • Submit electronic and manual transfer requests and follow to completion
  • Contact contra firms to resolve any blocks on completing client requests
  • Assist with daily reporting
  • Identify areas for innovation and process improvements
  • Build relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience
  • Research and resolve transfer exceptions by reviewing reject reasons and memos, resubmitting eligible requests, and coordinating outreach when advisor action is needed.
  • What you bring
  • Experience - 1 year of experience working as an Analyst at a Financial Services company
  • An understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules
  • Education - Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Business, but not required
