Who we are looking for We are looking for a Sr.Analyst to report directly to Officer. You will be acting as a Sr. Fund Accounting & NAV Operations Analyst / Sr. KPI Reporting Specialist. What you will be responsible for As a Sr. Analyst you will: NAV & Fund Accounting Operations Execute NAV runs for current cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness Perform factoring activities (GetNav + MYSS NAV) on fund accounting base files Support monthly-end (ME) processes , including data load validation and sign-off Conduct pre-validation preparation and ensure readiness of accounting data Manage fund additions and updates (e.g., FDR fund requests to CTI team) Data Validation & Processing Validate and format preliminary metrics source files upon receipt Ensure completeness and accuracy of input data for KPI and reporting processes Coordinate fund list validation with accounting units and track responses against deadlines Support production calendar adherence and execution of scheduled deliverables Review KPI packs against the base file data with 2 level validation Reporting & Client Deliverables Prepare and deliver KPI summaries and KPI packs to clients Ensure reporting outputs meet quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting templates and processes Stakeholder Communication & Coordination Manage and send regular reminder communications for: Metrics P&A and IC files Collaborate files Plan Accounting files Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., CS Team, CTI Team, Accounting Units) Track dependencies and follow up on pending inputs to avoid delays Process Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to monthly reporting timelines and SLAs Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for validation and approvals Support operational controls and escalation of issues where required What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Strong understanding of Fund Accounting and NAV processes Experience in financial data validation and reconciliation Proficiency in Excel and data handling Strong stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-bound environment Additional requirements Experience in KPI reporting / performance analytics Exposure to financial systems (GetNav, MYSS or similar platforms) Prior experience in month-end close processes in a financial services environment Work Requirement 4 Days WFO is mandatory Shift timings will be 10am to 7pm IST.
