Drives the delivery of complex, scalable, and innovative software solutions within defined scope, budget, and risk parameters, making timely, informed decisions to keep outcomes on track. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Executes short to midterm operational plans for a software engineering team, translating strategies established by executive and senior leadership into clear objectives and daytoday priorities for multiple teams led by lowerlevel managers. 2.
Manages managers responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions within the job area, making timely, informed decisions to keep delivery on scope, quality, schedule, and cost targets. 3. Applies and improves technology standards, governance practices, and engineering methods within the job area, driving consistent quality, security, and compliance while tailoring processes to team needs. 4.
Provides input on operational plans and improvement opportunities to senior leadership, sharing data and insights from the job area to refine how strategies are executed. 5. Develops and coaches managers, clarifying performance expectations, reinforcing ownership, and building a collaborative, resultsoriented engineering culture. 6.
May manages budget and resources for the job area, overseeing headcount, vendor usage, and spend, and making tradeoff decisions within defined financial and strategic parameters. 7. Leads significant process and tooling improvements across the job area, using metrics and feedback to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve reliability and throughput. 8.
Ensures effective risk management and regulatory compliance for software development and deployment in the job area, coordinating with partner teams and control functions to resolve issues within established guidelines. Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Advanced management and leadership experience leading large, global software engineering organizations. 4. Proficiency in technology strategy, software architecture, and enterprise governance. Preferred Qualifications 1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. 2.
Proven experience driving digital transformation and enterprise innovation.
