- Independently owns and tests mid-sized components, drives team testing efforts, creates SOPs and training modules
- conducts audits. Leverages data to drive process improvements, ensures compliance in test cases and bugs, escalates effectively
- delivers the project on time. Key job responsibilities Test and act as the point of contact for mid-sized components and features independently Create training modules and share knowledge on testing policies, guidelines
- best practices with the team to build capability and ensure consistency. Create SOPs based on existing test methods and processes Perform audits for test case execution, bug filing, reports
- other assigned tasks to ensure adherence to quality standards. Review new test cases and work instructions
- contribute to improving test coverage and/or processes Escalate issues at the right time through the appropriate medium and drive resolution independently Contribute to tool improvements, process enhancements
- best practices using data-driven recommendation
- 2+ years of quality assurance testing experience - Knowledge of QA methodology and tools - Bachelor's Degree
