Within HP’s PC division, the marketing team is looking for a seasoned marketer who has shown they can drive development and execution of business building marketing strategies. You will be leading partner marketing strategy across Consumer and Commercial and Gaming lines of business, including, messaging and initiatives across a large portfolio of HP’s Alliance Partners. Our partnerships with powerful brands like Intel, Microsoft, AMD, Google, Nvidia, Qualcomm and more help drive more innovation and more benefits for customers everywhere and this position is essential in bringing those partnerships together for success. You will provide insights based on understanding of markets, customers, needs and business opportunities and will guide partnership strategies that are customer centric. You will work closely with our Category and Sales teams to build e2e programs that collectively deliver our Partner strategies and you will collaborate with our internal Alliances organization to deliver the programs. The ideal candidate will have experience cutting through silos and across an organization to guide, align and deliver successful execution of initiatives. They need to be creative, persuasive, have strong analytical skills and a passion for building relationships and collaborating with partners. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Personal Systems and Alliance Marketing, you will work with a team of marketing professionals based around the world to bring your strategies to bear on the business. Responsibilities Help craft an inspiring and dynamic partner marketing strategy, positioning and messaging that is unique and sets HP apart from the competition. Demolish barriers and silos to create a consolidated strategy that empowers GTM execution. Develop and evangelize simple/clear assets that outline the value proposition, narrative
  • messaging to drive common, globally understood initiatives. Partner with Marketing, Business Units
  • Category teams to build a clear marketing vision and strategy for key partners that delivers a distinct, differentiated
  • relevant positioning in the market. Strategically prove concepts that will expand opportunities for our partnerships and deliver mutual benefit. Work closely with GTM teams to drive efficient strategies, manage budgets, support revenue generation and sales growth with a market centric approach. Cultivate excitement internally for our team’s efforts. Knowledge and Skills Minimum of 10 years in B2C and B2B marketing roles. Someone with experience in or extreme curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and uncovering what it can and will do for people. Imagination coupled with relentless results-orientation. Expertise in value proposition development, campaign creation and execution. Experience in working closely with GTM teams to design and deliver with relevant impact.
