- Conduct scientific, evidence-based and consultative conversations with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support informed care decisions.
- Own and drive territory sales and result delivery through a clear territory plan.
- Analyse sales and market data and translate insights into focused actions.
- Plan and run medical trainings, practice visits and local events within regulatory and company guidelines.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Support local projects and contribute practical recommendations or standard procedures. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Qualification according to § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz or state-certified Pharmareferent (pharmaceutical advisor) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in a customer-facing field sales or territory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Good knowledge of the German healthcare system and prescribing-relevant frameworks.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and digital communication channels.
- Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Very good written and spoken German. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience interpreting scientific studies and using data in customer dialogue.
- Experience designing and moderating medical trainings or larger events.
- Strong listening, influencing and presentation skills.
- High learning agility and commercial awareness.
- Good English skills for collaboration with international colleagues.
- Project management experience or experience working with clinical or institutional networks. Working Model This is a field-based role with regular on-site visits across the assigned territory.
