Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Purpose: The Lead Specialist supports the Data Analytics & Governance Team and the Global Procurement organization by driving pivotal initiatives such as performance management (PMO), capacity assessments, and leading key analytics for the procurement community (e.g., spend, savings, ...).
They define and implement foundational data structures, including supplier and material categorization, and develop performance management tools like scorecards across multiple areas, which directly impact procurement performance indicators and governance.
Additionally, this role contributes to digitalization efforts to advance procurement solutions and improve overall efficiency. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage governance processes within Global Procurement to drive consistency of project execution.
Support and co-lead performance management activities, covering all performance indicators, including organizational change and reporting. Support on maintaining and improving the Supplier Capacity Program (short and long term analysis). Develop and maintain dashboards across pillars within Global Procurement (e.g., supplier performance, financial stewardship, ...).
Support the pillar Contracting Excellence, by building and maintaining transparency on contracting coverage for Global Procurement. Support Leadership and Category Managers for quarterly business reviews with suppliers, including top to top meetings.
Support Leadership Team for annual business planning, including definition of goals and strategic measures, and long-range planning. Support Leadership on ad-hoc requests as needed. Handle and control documentation and activities across Global Procurement team.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Master’s degree would be highly beneficial Minimum 4 years of work experience Minimum of 3 years in data analytics, handling complex dataset and ensuring data quality Minimum 2 years experience in project management Experience in performance management, by crafting frameworks, reporting, and monitoring.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
