Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements to identify solutions.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, systems analysis, or related field.
- Proven experience in business/systems analysis or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).
- Desired: Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
- Experience in the company’s industry or similar environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and process improvement.

- Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
