- Detail elements of the team and stakeholders for this role. : Will work as part of a highly collaborative global Quality organization while partnering across multiple functions to drive AI-enabled transformation. Key stakeholders include: Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs leadership Quality Business leaders and product portfolio teams External AI technology partners and industry working groups, as appropriate Quality Systems and Process Excellence organizations IT teams Post-Market Surveillance and Vigilance teams What are the professional and personal opportunities for development within this role? Practical experience applying AI technologies—including Generative AI—to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency. Experience developing effective prompts, evaluating AI outputs
- identifying use cases for AI within regulated environments. Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy
- regulatory considerations related to AI adoption is preferred. Experience in Quality, Post-Market Surveillance, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs
- a related function within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences
- other highly regulated industry. 2. Skills. (in order) Working knowledge of Generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and emerging AI technologies. Excellent prompt engineering and AI communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into practical business solutions. Curiosity, adaptability
- a continuous learning mindset to stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Post-Market Surveillance, CAPA, complaint handling, risk management
- applicable regulatory requirements. 3. Education. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Business
- a related field required. Certifications within Ai platforms or Quality certifications Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA)
