The Executive Volunteering Lead is a senior program manager who owns volunteering strategy and execution for a portfolio of global senior leaders (Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior VPs, C-Suite) and their organizations. This role works backwards from executive and business priorities to create strategic volunteering plans, collaborate with key stakeholders to bring plans to fruition, identify and close gaps in existing volunteering products

You define an organization’s volunteering strategy based on deep customer understanding and are comfortable operating at all levels of the organization, from presenting to S-Team (C-suite) members to working hands-on with Community Ambassadors (volunteer event coordinators). You excel at translating strategic vision into execution, analyzing data
- building scalable mechanisms. You’re a force multiplier who deploys AI tools and agents to challenge your thinking, redesign processes, automate workflows
- expand organizational capacity. You collaborate effectively with diverse teams and have the executive presence to influence senior leadership while remaining approachable to frontline volunteers. Key job responsibilities Strategic Planning: - Own the end-to-end volunteering strategy and vision for assigned senior leader (Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President) organizations, designing high-impact experiences including signature executive engagements, flagship programs
- campaign integration. Work backwards from executive priorities, business rhythms
- organizational goals to define volunteering strategies that inform business and community impact strategy. - Write product requirements strategy documents to define new volunteering program and inform products that create meaningful business and community impact. - Leverage narrative docs to drive cross-organizational alignment. - Use data and KPI metrics to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, make tradeoff decisions
- demonstrate ROI to senior leadership. Roadmap Execution & Mechanisms: - Create and maintain multi-year roadmaps that align executive engagement, volunteer experiences
- ACI priorities. - Empower generative and agentic AI tools and agents (e.g. using Amazon Quick Suite, Kiro, Claude) to accelerate workflows such as writing, data analysis, status reporting
- stakeholder communications. - Make prioritization trade-offs based on dependencies, risks, customer impact
- effort. Prioritize volunteering product feature development based on impact, effort
- strategic alignment. - Build automated dashboards that track ROI and program metrics to simplify reporting for executive leadership through monthly and quarterly business reviews. - Translate data insights to inform tradeoff decisions and strategic shifts based on what's working and what's not working. - Create compelling data visualizations and reports that measure effectiveness of volunteering strategies, key success metrics
- tell the story of volunteering impact. Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary liaison between senior leader organizations, regional volunteering teams
- the central volunteering team. - Drive cross-level and cross-org stakeholder alignment through business documents and mechanisms. - Manage Voice of Customer mechanisms to understand and identify product opportunities to address executives’ pain points and needs. - Own, coordinate
- execute go-to-market plan for new volunteering products and features impacting executives and their organizations. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple business lines, geographies
- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience using GenAI tools to improve operational processes, automate workflows, and/or drive productivity gains
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams - Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels - Experience working in corporate social responsibility or with nonprofits/NGOs - Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications
