TDIT Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from internal customers and collaborators to translate them into technical solutions Design, develop, test, debug
• deploy applications across web, cloud
• enterprise environments Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product, operations
• engineering to deliver scalable solutions Maintain and enhance existing applications while driving improvements in performance, reliability
• code quality Implement and integrate third-party solutions and support vendor coordination including contracts, training
• support models Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• related field with 3+ years of software development experience Proven experience developing applications using one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python
• similar Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing
• deployment Experience working with databases and data models (SQL or NoSQL) and building scalable, maintainable systems Demonstrated ability to debug issues, improve performance
• deliver high-quality, defect-minimized solutions Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure
• GCP) and implementing CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs
• distributed systems design Experience leveraging AI tools and AI‑enabled development practices to improve productivity, code quality
• system reliability across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience integrating third-party applications and vendor solutions into enterprise environments Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven track record of driving process improvements, automation
