Job Summary IS Solutions is part of Comcast headquarters Finance and Accounting organization within Revenue Operations. The organization is responsible for delivering best-in-class billing solutions and services across all our Comcast Cable lines of business from ideation through execution; with a growth-minded, diverse, and skilled team.
This role is within IS Solution’s Continuous Improvement team – focused on driving continuous improvement across the organization by aligning strategy, data and execution. This team’s vision is to drive consistent results through data driven decisions and flexible, outcome focused teams to scale people, process, and technology improvements across ISS in partnership with operational teams and partners across Comcast.
This role serves as the central orchestration point for automation, AI, and tooling initiatives across IS Solutions. The Senior Manager manages intake, prioritization, and coordination of work, partners with delivery teams to drive execution, and tracks cumulative business impact.
The role also owns audit coordination and organization-wide impact reporting across both the citizen and center led portfolio. As needed this role and/or their team will also be asked to engage in project based delivery of high profile technology and automation projects with high transformational impact.
Job Description Responsibilities: Leading scoping and impact analysis to document business impact, prioritization, and options for technical execution across both citizen and center led portfolio Managing relationships with business stakeholders to define product and technical needs for new initiatives Orchestrating assignment, prioritization, and coordination of build, test, and deployment activities across delivery teams Coordinating across business functions to develop consensus on portfolio prioritization and achievement of impact in partnership with key stakeholders Supporting platform strategies and tracking delivery impact across initiatives Collaborating with peers and other departments to manage technology changes and ensure compliance Overseeing portfolio health, delivery progress, and cumulative business impact reporting Managing Business & Technology Audits and corrective action plans; coordinating associated standards, policy, and process improvements across the ecosystem.
Defining & maintaining Business Continuity planning, testing, and readiness (RTO/RPO) for billing functions. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
