  • Amazon's Worldwide Global Selling team builds the products and programs that help sellers grow their business across Amazon's global marketplace network. Global by Default (GbD) is one of our most ambitious initiatives, eliminating the demand uncertainty, capital risk
  • compliance friction that make single-country selling the default for most of the world's merchants. With GbD, a seller lists once and Amazon handles fulfillment, compliance, pricing
  • returns in every market — no per-country setup, no upfront capital commitment. For the first time, global expansion is a starting point, not a project. We are seeking a strong Senior Product Manager to own the compliance seller experience for Global by Default — the surfaces, workflows
  • guidance that make compliance visible, actionable
  • as close to invisible as possible for sellers expanding globally. Today, compliance is one of the heaviest burdens sellers face: requirements surface late, remediation is slow
  • the cost of navigating market-by-market regulations independently stops many sellers before they start. GbD changes this by making compliance proactive, consolidated
  • Amazon-led. Your job is to make that experience real in Seller Central. You will own how sellers discover their compliance requirements, act on them, track their status across markets
  • receive proactive guidance before issues arise — partnering with compliance program teams, NGS
  • Global Compliance (GLC) to deliver an experience that is simple, trustworthy
  • removes compliance as a barrier to global growth. Key job responsibilities - Own the end-to-end compliance seller experience within GbD including the unified compliance workspace, proactive requirement surfacing, remediation workflows
  • status visibility across all enrolled markets - Define how compliance readiness is communicated to sellers at every stage of the GbD journey — at listing, during demand-testing
  • at graduation — so sellers always know where they stand and what to do next - Partner with Global Compliance (GLC), NGS
  • product teams to translate compliance infrastructure into seller-facing experiences that are clear, actionable
  • low-effort - Identify and eliminate compliance experience gaps causing seller confusion, support contacts
  • listing suppression using seller research, funnel data
  • operational signals - Own the seller experience for AI-powered compliance guidance including proactive notifications, consolidated multi-market specs
  • automated labeling recommendations - Define and own compliance SX KPIs including readiness rates, time-to-remediation, seller effort scores
  • listing suppression reduction across GbD programs - Represent the compliance seller experience in cross-functional reviews and WBRs, advocating for the seller perspective in every compliance program decision
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - Experience leveraging AI tools to improve product workflows and enhance seller-facing experiences
  • MBA - Experience in e-commerce compliance, regulatory requirements
  • international marketplace operations - Experience working on seller-facing surfaces in Seller Central or equivalent marketplace platforms - Demonstrated ability to simplify complex regulatory or policy concepts into clear, actionable seller guidance Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability
