Job Title: FIS Reporting Modeler Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local Anticipated Posting End: 7/17/2026 The Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to develop and enhance FIS reporting models by leveraging custom tools, collaborating closely with FIS analysts, and interpreting report data to implement meaningful improvements.
In addition to contributing directly to reporting solutions, this position provides the chance to guide, coach, and train other technical team members, strengthening overall expertise and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain FIS reporting models with provided custom tools Perform trend analysis to provide exquisite characterization of parameters Participate in technical exchanges Prepare and present analytical findings to stakeholders Qualifications
Required
- Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Engineering
- a related field or equivalent work experience. 8+ years’ experience in technical data analysis and/or collection operations may satisfy education requirement Must hold a current Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI) with a recent polygraph Experience in assembling and reporting final assessed intelligence results in the space domain for publication Experience with python Technical writing skills Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies
- guidance Desired: Java Development Experience Database Integration and Performance Optimization: Proficiency in working with databases (e.g., MariaDB, MySQL), writing efficient SQL queries
- optimizing database performance Experience with digital signal processing hardware and software Experience preparing for and presenting technical briefings to customers at conferences Experience writing, reviewing
- publishing technical data analysis reports Proven experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes) and designing/implementing containerized architectures Knowledge of and experience using Linux operating system Experience with Perl
