This role designs end-to-end journeys that help people get the care, information, and support they need—when they need it. You’ll work closely with product and engineering partners to shape what we build and how it works. You’ll bring together user needs, business goals, and emerging technology to deliver clear, human-centered experiences that improve health outcomes and make complex systems feel easy.

Primary Responsibilities Own design and delivery of core experiences. Clearly communicate experience intent and guide conversation and decisions across product, design, and engineering partners Set clear direction and maintaining a high bar for quality.

Champion user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Simplify complex problems and guide teams toward clear, actionable solutions. Partner with product and engineering to define requirements and align on priorities.

Oversee the creation of key design artifacts (development-ready design, journey maps, service flows) to shape product direction. Ensure delivery of intuitive end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms Guide the development of prototypes that reflect both user experience and underlying logic.

Promote accessible and inclusive design practices across all work. Drive consistency by contributing to and evolving design system standards. Encourage reuse of patterns to create a more unified experience across products. Support and review research efforts, ensuring insights lead to clear design improvements.

Foster strong collaboration and healthy working relationships across teams. Required Qualifications 5+ years in UX/product design with some experience leading or mentoring others Expertise in designing end-to-end digital products High proficiency with design tools and systems (e.g., Figma) Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design Experience using research to inform design decisions Clear communication and presentation skills Ability to lead through ambiguity and bring clarity to complex challenges Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated industries Experience working in Agile teams Experience designing connected, cross-product journeys or intelligent, adaptive experiences Education Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $101,970.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
