- Job Title Senior Software Technologist I - Test Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to Drive automation-first quality engineering for iApps clinical applications by combining strong hands-on C# automation expertise with team leadership. - continuous improvement initiatives Basic understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Collaborating with Product Owners, developers
- system teams to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and continuous verification practices Providing clear and proactive stakeholder communication on automation progress, risks
- quality metrics Supporting estimation, planning
- risk management for automation deliverables You are a part of The IGT-S iApps R&D organization, focused on delivering advanced clinical applications with strong emphasis on automation-first, continuous verification

- cross-functional environment across Bangalore and international teams. Education & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- related field 9–12 years of experience in software testing and automation Technical Skills Strong programming expertise in C# (mandatory) Experience with test automation frameworks and tools Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices Understanding of test design, quality processes
- automation strategies Behavioral Competencies Proven ability to lead teams while being hands-on Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Ownership mindset with focus on quality, delivery
