  • About the Role We are seeking highly skilled Chartered Accountants with 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably with Big 4 and industry experience, to join our Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting team. This team will be responsible for ensuring compliance with multiple GAAPs, handling complex accounting matters
  • managing reporting requirements for our global entities. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Accounting & GAAP Compliance (US GAAP & IFRS) Ensure compliance with US GAAP for the consolidated financial statements of the Company. Analyse and evaluate differences between US GAAP and local GAAP (Ind AS, IFRS, German GAAP, French GAAP) and provide appropriate accounting guidance. Support accounting evaluations for complex transactions under US GAAPs and IFRS Provide technical accounting support on new accounting standards, changes in reporting requirements
  • policy updates. 2. Financial Reporting & SEC Compliance Assist in the preparation and validation of 10-K filings, including disclosures review and compliance with SEC reporting requirements. Ensure accurate and timely reporting compliance. Apply a strong foundation in GAAP accounting, P&L analysis
  • corporate finance concepts. SaaS industry experience is highly preferred. Prepare close decks and presentations for management and senior finance leadership. 3. Audit Coordination & External Stakeholder Management Act as a key liaison for external auditors for standalone and consolidated audits. 4. Equity Accounting Manage accounting for stock-based compensation plans, including ESOPs, ESPPs
  • RSUs. Ensure accurate recognition, valuation
  • reporting of stock-based compensation expenses. 5. Process improvements and system integrations Drive system and process adoption across the finance organization through effective change management strategies. Drive the implementation, optimization
  • integration of financial systems (e.g., ERPs like NetSuite
  • supplementary tools like BlackLine or Workiva). Oversee financial data architecture, ensuring accurate data flows, system syncs
  • data integrity across all integrated platforms. Identify and implement initiatives to accelerate the close process and improve accuracy. Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption within the finance department, developing governance frameworks for AI use and training staff on how to effectively prompt and utilize AI financial assistants. Spearhead initiatives leveraging Generative AI (such as Gemini, Claude or custom LLMs) to automate the drafting of financial reports, management commentary
  • routine variance analysis narratives.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with Big 4 firm and industry experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS
  • exposure to German and French GAAP is an added advantage. Experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience in handling external audits and statutory reporting. Familiarity with SEC reporting, 10-K filings. Added advantage of having worked with Workiva. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, with expertise in master data management and system controls. Added advantage of having worked with Equity Edge. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex accounting matters. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.
