- Analyze CCTV video, access control systems, and other data collection capabilities to identify behaviors, root causes, locations, potential evidence, and person(s) involved
- Organize, prioritize, and investigate multiple incidents as part of a managed caseload with overlapping deadlines and priorities
- Collect, document, and preserve evidence (video, still images, documents, written notes) and maintain them within the investigations workflow and case adjudication process
- Conduct interview of victims, witnesses, and persons of interest utilizing established interviewing techniques
- Investigate threats from external sources and internal incidents including theft of assets/intellectual property, vandalism, and suspicious activity across the enterprise
- Utilize a structured investigative workflow and case management system to track investigations, analyze trends, and identify root cause to mitigate loss
- Demonstrate clear and precise written and verbal communication, including empathetic engagement during stressful and non-stressful situations
- Actively participate in training and mentoring opportunities, seek feedback, and share knowledge with peers
- Assist in compiling and publishing case management metrics A day in the life A typical day as a Corporate Investigator begins with reviewing your active caseload and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and complexity. You might start by reviewing CCTV footage related to a reported theft, then transition to conducting a witness/victim/person of interest interview for a separate fraud investigation. Throughout the day, you'll document findings in a case management system, collaborate with your regional team on emerging incidents
- consult with your Regional Manager on sensitive matters. You'll balance independent investigative work with team coordination, sharing insights, supporting peers on complex cases

- assets across the global enterprise. Operating across AMER, EMEA
- APAC regions, the team conducts investigations ranging from internal theft and fraud to external threats and policy violations. EPP-GI embraces continuous process improvement, innovation
- shared risk management, fostering a collaborative environment where investigators support one another and local stakeholders across global locations. The team values mentorship, professional development
- building strong partnerships both internally and with external industry groups.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Criminology - Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Crisis Management or a related field that involves conducting threat assessments, workplace investigations, and/or incident response - Experience designing and implementing investigative tactics, including interviewing and documentation - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders
- cross-functional teams - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Experience conducting corporate, product, and/or vendor investigations with increasing complexity - Foundational investigative and analytical skills specific to a corporate high-tech environment, including CCTV video review and preservation, an understanding of Chain of Custody
- knowledge of the methods of investigation
- Experience in facility/corporate security management, law enforcement, risk management, legal, or related industries - Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) certification - Experience managing investigations in a global organization

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
