We are seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead and embed Health and Safety across the RTA Pacific Operations Sustaining Capital portfolio. This is a critical leadership role responsible for providing strategic direction, governance and hands-on field leadership to ensure safe, compliant and high-performing project delivery across multiple sites.

You will partner closely with Capital Delivery Managers, Construction Leads and Contractor Partners to drive consistent safety outcomes across all delivery models, with a strong focus on critical risk management, contractor safety performance and visible field leadership.
