You will be responsible for partnering with our Procurement business team for all aspects of Information Technology delivery, including strategic roadmap planning, project/portfolio planning and execution, and IT operational excellence. This role will partner with our business teams to implement IT solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization.

The key areas of the business supported include our Procurement functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with business and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, build plans and business cases to achieve those improvements, and ultimately oversee the realization of those improvements by working with our various IT/delivery partners.

Responsibilities and Tasks: As a member of the IT Procurement team this role will be involved in: Analyze existing SAP MM-IM, Ariba & AI technology issues and propose short, mid and long-term solutions. Evaluate new technologies and create proposals for their adoption based on business goals, investments, benefits and risks Foster innovation and implement creative out-of-the-box ideas by conducting brainstorming sessions and other innovation events Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc.

Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs. Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and technical leaders Ensure the stability and scalability of SAP Procurement solutions and its cross functional integration.

Good understanding of the Business Processes. Identify as-is processes and to-be processes. Map Business Processes to SAP. Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes. Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules. Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.

Ability to peer review documentation. Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions. Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment. Performs analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues.

Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements. Develops and shares reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects. A significant contributor to work plans for components on engagements. May lead a work stream, reviewing, and directing the work of more junior staff.

Coordinates activities between work streams and identifies changes in scope. Ability to perform unit and performance testing on all system components Develops solutions to client problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts.

Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals. At least one end to end implementation and configuration experience on the SAP ERP platform, with a focus on Materials Management modules. Understanding of AI/GenAI use cases in Procurement and Supply Chain, including guided buying, spend analytics, supplier risk insights, contract intelligence, invoice automation, and exception management.

Ability to evaluate and enabling SAP/Ariba AI capabilities, such as SAP Joule, Ariba AI-assisted recommendations, intelligent approvals, and AI-driven user support. Ability to identify automation and AI opportunities across SAP MM-IM and Ariba processes to improve cycle time, compliance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Working knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and reporting, including use of dashboards, predictive insights, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision support for procurement operations. Experience partnering with business and technical teams to define AI use cases, document requirements, assess feasibility, measure benefits, and support adoption.

Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including data quality, access control, privacy, security, bias awareness, and governance for enterprise AI solutions. Required Qualifications: Technical Environments- SAP ECC, S/4 Hana SAP Functional Modules- SAP MM-IM, SAP ARIBA & AI/GenAI 4 years of business analysis experience with added advantage of SAP MM/Ariba-CIG/S4Hana implementation experience with industry best practices. 4 years of hands-on techno functional experience/subject matter expect in SAP Supply Chain Area(Materials/Ariba, S4, CIG Integrations, Ariba CIM and Supply Chain Planning solutions) Strong SAP knowledge in SAP MM-IM, Ariba modules and ERP full life-cycle implementations and demonstrated project implementation experience is required Strong Integration experience SAP with any non-SAP external systems is required.

Formal SAP certification in a related application area is a plus In depth understanding of the SAP Application Architecture & Technology including S4/Hana & Ariba preferred. Solid experience with IT processes related to Change management, Release Management and SDLC Broad and deep experience in SAP MM, IM, Ariba upstream and downstream system.

Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms Procurement solution including the following: SAP Ariba on CIG Ariba OnDemand Solution Hands-on functional configuration and design experience Understanding of functional aspects of Procurement Functional experience on at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation Solid understanding of the SAP Activate or a proven methodology framework Ability to create workflows, rules, set up master data loads, mappings, define templates, custom reports, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and develop and implement solutions. Experience with Ariba integration with middleware and ERP systems (SAP preferred) AI Skills Required Agentic AI Agentic Solution Generative AI Nice to Have: Experience with SAP S4/Hana a plus SAP Ariba CIG SAP Ariba Sourcing, Risk Ariba Central Invoice Management Ariba Contract Compliance Ariba Joule/AI capabilities Experience working with executive business stakeholders is required.

Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization Experience with process mapping, documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required. Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required.

Experience developing strategic business process methodologies to drive business results Strong data analysis, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications.
