Role Summary Designs and builds the integration layers between Dynamics/Dataverse, front-end channels, and AI agents. Exposes CRM capabilities through secure APIs and MCP-compatible tools, enabling event-driven applications and agentic AI to safely reason over and act on CRM data.

Responsibilites Build REST/GraphQL APIs and middleware that decouple Dynamics from consuming apps and agents Implement event-driven patterns to publish CRM state changes to downstream systems Expose CRM and platform capabilities via MCP servers for AI tool access Enable LLM/agent workflows to query, summarise, and trigger CRM processes Enforce secure, delegated access using modern identity and authorization patterns Understanding of Dynamics runtime (Dataverse schema, security, plugins and workflows) Production support, release and change management Write and deploy CI/CD pipelines Qualifications and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science. Java, .NET & Python backend engineering and API design API gateways and integration platforms (e.g. Azure API Management) Event-driven architecture (Kafka-style patterns; Service Bus / Event Grid equivalents) Identity & security: Entra ID, OAuth/OIDC, delegated access Agent integration using Semantic Kernel / LangChain, prompt design, and RAG patterns Co-Pilot Studio integrations.
