- Operates as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, extending leadership capacity and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Translates strategic priorities into clear, executable plans and ensures disciplined delivery across key initiatives, including major modernization and transformation efforts.
- Acts as the central point of integration across teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and coordinated execution across a broad and complex portfolio.
- Owns the operating rhythm of the function, shaping leadership forums, All Hands, governance, and offsites.
- Establishes and enforces rigorous tracking and governance mechanisms.
- Produces high-quality, executive-ready insights and materials, synthesizing complex inputs into structured recommendations and decision frameworks.
- Leads the development and execution of a strategic communications strategy, ensuring the organization operates with a clear, consistent narrative aligned to business priorities (e.g., newsletter, website, leadership updates, organization-wide communications, key announcements)
- Enables effective decision-making by bringing clarity to complex topics, framing trade-offs, and ensuring leaders are equipped with the right context and information.
- Builds strong, trust-based relationships across senior stakeholders, influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions and levels. All About You:

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
