Visit cat.com to learn more about Cat Financial. Role Definition: Advising on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer/customer related strategies, systems and processes. Responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries and resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets.
- Advising on existing and potential customer experiences issues and improvement measures.
- Consult with dealers on ways to improve marketing and sales capabilities, supporting the overall business development process.
- Govern dealer execution of the programs that increase sales and improve customer experience
What You Will Do
- Develop an effective customer loyalty strategy that influences program design to promote and reward customer behaviors. Implement member growth modeling, member lifecycle strategy
- program KPIs. Partner to design and implement compelling program benefits and value propositions, supported by related financial modeling. Lead customer acquisition and adoption with a range of omni-channel marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver and promote the program consistently across all touch-points. Ensure the loyalty program is fully integrated into broader marketing and product strategies.
