Your Impact As a Software Engineer, you will independently deliver reliable platform capabilities that customer-facing microapps and services depend on. You will work across browser applications, shared libraries, cloud services
- delivery infrastructure, helping partner teams integrate safely and consistently while building depth in a broad technical environment.
- Design, build, test, and support features in the DashX shell, React microapps, shared frontend libraries, or supporting services.
- Deliver documented APIs, reusable components, configuration hooks, and upgrade paths that help partner microapp teams integrate with the Voltron platform.
- Use data from tests, production telemetry, and customer feedback to improve feature quality, reliability, and delivery decisions.
- Contribute to secure and observable production changes across authenticated APIs, AWS workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and customer data flows.
- Investigate defects and operational signals, help teams move forward through change or setbacks, and improve tests, monitoring, and runbooks. Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of production experience building web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, shared component libraries, micro frontend or remote-component architectures, or API client libraries.
- 1+ years of experience with Jenkins, AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, or CloudFront, or infrastructure as code.
- 1+ years of experience designing or consuming HTTP APIs and working with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- 1+ years of experience writing automated unit, integration, or end-to-end tests and using CI/CD pipelines to validate changes.
- Experience using Git-based source control and a code-review workflow. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a security, SaaS, or multi-tenant product environment.
- Experience with Rust, Go, Python, or a comparable programming language.
- Demonstrated use of data-backed insights to refine project outcomes and improve technical decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to encourage diverse perspectives, help teammates develop relevant skills
