About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to lead a critical product area within the Credit Services product line. This role will own one of the foundational product domains enabling real-time credit decisioning, including decisioning orchestration, data enablement, etc.

This leader will be accountable for shaping product strategy, driving end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, and ensuring technology capabilities are effectively aligned to product outcomes. The role requires strong executive presence, deep partnership with technology, and the ability to operate effectively within a highly regulated, enterprise environment

In This Role, You Will

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping product strategies, roadmaps
  • priorities for highly complex digital capabilities supporting credit eligibility and decisioning Own end-to-end delivery of critical product features and initiatives, from discovery through delivery and operational readiness Lead the strategy and resolution of complex business and technical challenges that span multiple systems, teams
  • stakeholder groups Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements that optimize technology delivery and long-term platform scalability Partner closely with technology leaders to align product and engineering capabilities, balancing speed to market, resilience
