In This Role, You Will

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping product strategies, roadmaps
• priorities for highly complex digital capabilities supporting credit eligibility and decisioning Own end-to-end delivery of critical product features and initiatives, from discovery through delivery and operational readiness Lead the strategy and resolution of complex business and technical challenges that span multiple systems, teams
• stakeholder groups Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements that optimize technology delivery and long-term platform scalability Partner closely with technology leaders to align product and engineering capabilities, balancing speed to market, resilience

• equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience leading enterprise credit, decisioning, data
• risk platforms Demonstrated success owning end‑to‑end product delivery for complex technology‑centric capabilities Strong product partnership experience with engineering, architecture
• data teams Proven ability to align business objectives to technology roadmaps, prioritizing work to optimize delivery outcomes across multiple teams Financial services experience, with an understanding of governance, control
• risk considerations in product delivery Track record of driving structured discovery and refinement to translate business problems into clear, executable product initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi‑stakeholder books of work, balancing short‑term delivery commitments with long‑term product strategy Exceptional executive communication skills, including experience creating and delivering concise, strategy‑level product updates to senior leadership and governance forums Ability to influence outcomes, building alignment across business, technology, data
