Operates at the intersection of Business, Product, and Technology to translate evolving needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Working at Bank of America Chester offers a far-reaching global career for a world-renowned organisation, whilst being ideally situated against the backdrop of the rolling North Wales hills and the banks of the serene River Dee Responsibilities: Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs Broadens relationships with business and technology stakeholders Establishes target outcomes in partnership with senior stakeholders Tracks success metrics and provides status updates Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders Manages program financials and supports resource planning Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards Lead delivery of scalable cross-product solutions across Product and Technology What we are looking for: Ample experience leading delivery of large-scale, multi-team technology programs with measurable outcomes Proven competence of delivering complex, high-dependency projects in ambiguous environments High level of technology fluency with ability to partner effectively with engineering teams Ability to align business, product, and technology stakeholders to clear outcomes Excellent executive communication skills with ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions Experience defining MVPs and sequencing roadmaps to deliver incremental value Drives governance that enables delivery momentum through risk visibility and rapid issue resolution Experience leading operating model or process transformation at scale Competence of delivering programs that change how teams operate Recognized as a excellent team contributor who builds trust, actively listens, and elevates team performance Desired Qualifications: Experience delivering in audit, risk, or regulatory-focused environments with high scrutiny Background supporting large financial institutions with complex organizational structures Experience leading or stabilizing challenged or off-track programs Product-oriented mindset with ability to shape user needs into scalable capabilities Executive presence with ability to challenge thinking and influence strategic direction Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations with competing priorities Familiarity with Agile at scale (e.g., Safe) in complex enterprise environments.
