What You Will Achieve The Pfizer Global Supply Rotational Development Program is an entry-level, two-year rotational role designed to provide early talent an accelerated training in the Pharmaceutical industry.
The program offers real world, hands-on experience in important roles and projects to the company while promoting personal and professional growth for the participants. How You Will Achieve It Be responsible to deliver on key goals and objectives for the company and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple disciplines that may include Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operational Excellence, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Validation and others. Rotate through three to four challenging, demanding and diverse assignments within each area, targeted to provide career growth and experience.
Be assigned to high level, site strategic projects that drive value to the business and our patients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Sciences) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology), preferred Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred) Strong team skills with demonstrated leadership ability Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the health care industry Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation and initiative Requirements Must have successfully completed a Pfizer Futures Internship WORK AUTHORIZATION Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable duration without Pfizer’s sponsorship.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Office and plant environment, able to enter and navigate cleanroom type environments in manufacturing facilities NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Schedule is primarily Monday – Friday day shift This is a production support role in a 24/7 plant.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,200.00 to $100,400.00.
