Drive automation-first mindset, leading the development of APIs, CLIs and orchestration layers for full stack provisioning, monitoring, and remediation. Collaborate closely with the platform, develops and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines and cloud native systems. Drives and defines a broad culture of “what good looks like” in the scope of hardware design, validation, and testing and ensures alignment and socialization broadly to consuming downstream areas and partners. Own the vision and roadmap for infrastructure delivery strategy, including observability, lifecycle management, self-healing, and compliance. Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial tools to accelerate infrastructure automation and operational excellence. Required Qualifications: Requires 10+ years of applicable experience Define and execute enterprise strategy for Foundational capabilities required for cloud security and platform identity, establishing identity as the primary control plane across hybrid and multi-cloud environments Lead implementation of Zero Trust workload identity models, enforcing continuous verification, least privilege, and deny-by-default access across the lifecycle Drive automation-first security at scale, embedding identity, access, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning workflows Architect and scale secure, federated identity platforms, enabling seamless credential issuance and workload mobility across cloud and on-prem environments Establish robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, ensuring full traceability, auditability, and alignment with enterprise security and regulatory standards Desired Qualifications: Thinks Strategically: Considers business priorities to form fact-based opinions and sound recommendations.
