- We are seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Solution Architect Manager to lead a team of Specialist Solution Architects across Analytics, Database
- Storage domains. In this role, you will be responsible for building, mentoring
- scaling a high-performing team that helps AWS customers design and implement world-class data architectures using services such as Amazon Redshift, Amazon Aurora, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, Amazon OpenSearch, Amazon EMR, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena

- customers to drive adoption of AWS analytics, database
- storage services. You will set the technical vision for your team, define go-to-market strategies
- ensure your SAs are equipped to solve the most complex customer challenges in data management, analytics

- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-tier specialist solution architects across analytics, database, and storage domains
- Coach and mentor SAs on technical depth, customer engagement, and career growth
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning
- Foster an inclusive, high-trust team culture rooted in Amazon Leadership Principles
- Build succession plans and develop future leaders within the team Technical Strategy & Customer Impact
- Define the technical strategy and go-to-market motion for analytics, database, and storage specialist SAs in the region
- Engage directly with strategic customers as an executive sponsor and technical advisor on complex data architecture decisions
- Drive adoption of AWS data services by identifying patterns, creating reusable architectures, and publishing best practices
- Partner with product teams to influence roadmaps based on customer feedback and field observations
- Set and track key business metrics: service adoption, revenue influence, proof-of-concept win rates, and customer satisfaction Operational Excellence
- Manage team capacity, workload prioritization, and engagement allocation across high-value opportunities
- Establish mechanisms for knowledge sharing, enablement, and continuous learning
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with account teams, professional services, training, and partner organizations
- Own reporting and business reviews; present team outcomes to senior leadership
- Develop scalable frameworks for customer engagement (workshops, immersion days, proof-of-concepts, migrations)
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
